JOB SUMMARY
As a Field Property Maintenance team member, your primary responsibility will be to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep our clients&s; facilities in optimal condition. You will be responsible for basic carpentry and repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing, landscaping, painting, and general upkeep of facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to address maintenance requests in a timely manner will be critical to ensuring client satisfaction.

SALARY
$22-$32/hr - commensurate with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform basic carpentry and repair tasks as needed
- n
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities
- n
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent tasks
- n
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing systems
- n
- Perform landscaping and painting duties to maintain the exterior of facilities
- n
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks
- n
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized assistance is required
- n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- n

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in commercial facilities/property maintenance
- n
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks
- n
- Light knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- n
- Drivers license and good driving record
- n
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good physical stamina

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
