Service & Install Coordinator
Description Lifeway Mobility, an established leader in the fast-growing home accessibility industry, helps seniors with impaired mobility and individuals with disabilities stay in their homes and remain independent.
We're seeking a tech-savvy Service Coordinator -who has excellent Customer Service, is a team player to support customers and assist in managing installation and service projects.
Key responsibilities for the Service & Install Coordinator, include the following:
o Take calls from customers re:
service issues, trouble-shoot if possible, or schedule service call o Create and send invoices, enter payments, and follow up on collections o Request service authorizations from state agencies o Get part prices, estimate labor hours o Order parts and track shipments o Coordinate and pack return parts and verify credits from vendors Requirements Our ideal Service & Install Coordinator candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
o At least three years' experience in telephone/computer-based customer service o High school diploma o Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks o Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management (CRM) systems Lifeway Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
